The original 1,200-square-foot home was torn down so building could begin on the new space with its spacious and open interiors. The master bath is fully tiled in the european style, with no threshold and no door on the shower area. A wet and a dry sauna is also part of the bath in the fully-finished lower level.

Special radiators - imported from Italy - provide gentle, silent heat throughout the home and are color-coordinated to the interiors with custom-mixed automotive finish quality paints for perfect color and a beautifully shiny finish. A separate forced air summertime air conditioning system is also installed.
