This 7,000-square-foot home renovation project was stopped in mid-construction due to legal troubles between the owners and previous builders. Banny Custom Homes was called in as an expert witness in the litigation and ultimately completed the project, which involved the 3,800-square-foot addition and renovation of 3,000 square feet of the existing home.

Banny Custom Homes worked with the owner to redesign the exterior and the floor plan. The electrical and HVAC installations were then completed and the final finishes installed.
