What began as a basic L-shaped ranch on a crawl space is now a luxurious home with over 3,700 square feet of living space. What is most remarkable about this year-long construction project is that a family of four lived in the home for all but one week of the renovations!

The old foundation had to be replaced to prepare for the new two-story addition. The existing home was temporarily supported on steel columns and cinderblock piers while the old foundation was dug out. A new, deep basement was excavated under the house. New water and waste systems were installed. Once the complex preparations were completed, work then concentrated on the additions and renovations.

The result is an absolutely gorgeous new home with all the space and amenities a growing family could want. All-new mechanicals and a rock-solid foundation ensure that it will be here for generations to come.
