The total outdoor living space of this home was once just a small screened-in porch and a deck below. Banny Custom Homes remodeled a 90- by 50-foot walk-out lower level that really connects with the outdoors, adding a whole new space for entertaining.

The new lower level contains a great room with built-in bookcases, a full bath, a wet/dry sauna, a wine cellar and tasting room, a kitchen and a bedroom!

We converted the screened-in porch to a large walk-in closet for the master bedroom.
