The home above had a 40-year-old cedar roof (already past due for a replacement) that was damaged when a large tree limb dropped on it. The homeowner called Banny Custom Homes for repairs. We removed the old shingles and luckily found no structural damage, but some water damage elsewhere. The damage was repaired and some interior plaster replaced as well.

New 50-year warranty asphalt dimensional shingles were installed on new plywood, with an ice- and water-shield membrane all around the perimeter and in other areas prone to ice dams. With the new roof properly installed and all the water damage repaired, the homeowner will enjoy many trouble-free years of use.
